ELEVATE FOUNDATIONS
Trauma-Informed and Restorative Skill-Building for High Pressure Teams
For schools, human-service organizations, and mission-driven, youth-centered programs
Does This Sound Familiar?
When teams face sustained pressure without a shared framework
When teams repeatedly face crises, complex behavior, conflict, and emotional strain without a shared framework for responding, the effects can show up in staff well-being, communication, team stability, and service consistency.
- Staff manage the immediate crisis, but the same behaviors and challenges keep returning.
- Responses to behavior, conflict, and accountability vary across staff members or programs.
- Staff understand trauma-informed concepts but struggle to apply them during high-pressure moments.
- Burnout, disengagement, or staffing instability is affecting team functioning and continuity of services.
Elevate Foundations Overview
Trauma-informed and restorative practices in one cohesive experience
Elevate Foundations is a workforce-development and skill-building engagement that brings Trauma-Informed Practices and Restorative Practices together in one cohesive, organization-informed experience.
It can stand alone as a complete engagement or serve as the starting point for deeper implementation and leadership support.
Most trauma-informed training focuses on how staff support the people they serve. Elevate Foundations also strengthens how leaders and teams manage stress, communicate, address conflict, maintain accountability, and repair relationships internally.
